• We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time

• We provide detailed measuring guides and size charts
• Sizing is based on body measurements, not clothing size labels
• Fit may vary by style (full coverage, t-shirt, strapless)
• We offer fit consultations to help you find your correct size

B. Pricing

• Listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
• Subject to change without notice
• Exclusive of applicable taxes (added at checkout)
• Exclusive of shipping costs (calculated at checkout)

• If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will notify you immediately
• You may choose to complete the purchase at the correct price or cancel for a full refund
• We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices

• Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and expiration dates
• Only one promotional code per order unless otherwise stated
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly allowed
• Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to past orders

A. Placing an Order

• We will accommodate changes if the order has not yet shipped
• Once shipped, changes cannot be made (use our return/exchange policy instead)

• You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing hello@bustyandbeyond.com
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible (use our return policy instead)
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

A. Shipping Methods & Costs

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $6.99 or FREE over $75

B. Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
• Processing time does NOT include shipping time
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Timeframes begin after order processing is complete
• Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control
• We are not responsible for carrier delays

• You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships
• Track your order through the carrier's website
• Contact us if tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days

C. Shipping Address

• Provide accurate and complete shipping address
• Include apartment/unit numbers if applicable
• Ensure someone is available to receive the package

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses you provided
• If the carrier returns the package due to address errors, you may be charged reshipping fees
• Contact us immediately if you realize you provided an incorrect address

• If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you
• You may request reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund

D. International Shipping

• International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees
• Delivery times vary by country and customs processing
• We are not responsible for delays due to customs
• International orders may not be eligible for free shipping promotions

E. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days
• We will investigate with the carrier
• If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund at our discretion

• Inspect your package upon delivery
• If the box is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us immediately
• If contents are damaged, photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours
• We will arrange a replacement or refund

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

• 60 days from delivery date for returns and exchanges

B. Return Conditions

• Unworn with tags: Full refund
• Gently worn (up to 3 wears) with tags: Exchange or store credit
• Washed or heavily worn: Case-by-case, typically store credit only

C. Exchanges

• Unlimited size exchanges within 60 days
• Free shipping on first exchange
• $5 shipping on second exchange
• Third exchange requires fit consultation

D. Refunds

• Processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item
• Refunded to original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (except defective products or our errors)

E. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale
• Items returned after 90 days
• Items showing excessive wear or hygiene concerns

• "We Support You" tagline
• Website content (text, images, graphics, videos)
• Product designs, patterns, and technical specifications
• Photography and product images

• Our intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
• "Busty & Beyond" and our logo are trademarks (registered or pending)
• Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action

B. Your Limited License

• Access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes
• View and print content for personal reference
• Share links to our website on social media

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works from our content

• Use our trademarks or logos without written authorization

• We will provide a prepaid return label for defective items

We do not guarantee specific results from wearing our products (e.g., posture improvement, back pain relief 

• Individual experiences may vary
