This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal information when you visit our website, make a purchase, or join our B&B Insiders community.

Note: Deleting your account will prevent you from accessing order history, tracking exchanges, or receiving B&B Insiders updates.
D. Opt-Out of Marketing

- SMS Marketing: Reply STOP to any text message
- All Marketing: Email hello@bustyandbeyond.com with "Unsubscribe from All Marketing"
Important: You will still receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, customer service responses) even if you opt out of marketing.
E. Object to Processing

Frequency: Approximately 2-4 emails per month (may increase around product launches)

- We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days
- We never send emails from deceptive headers or subject lines
B. SMS Marketing
What you'll receive (if you opt in):

- We retain your email/phone number until you unsubscribe
Legal Requirements:
- We retain transaction records for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations
- We retain information necessary for legal claims, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution
Deletion Requests:
- We honor deletion requests within 30 days (subject to legal retention requirements)
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Busty & Beyond is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@bustyandbeyond.com, and we will delete the information immediately.
Compliance: We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
10. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Busty & Beyond is based in the United States and primarily serves U.S. customers. Our products are manufactured in Pakistan.
If you are located outside the U.S.:
- Your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States
- U.S. privacy laws may differ from those in your country
- By using our website or making a purchase, you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S.

- If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you of the extension
F. California "Shine the Light" Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. As stated above, we do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
12. NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS
